Blitzz is a multipurpose smart reporting system designed to improve communication between users in many different industries. TECHNICAL DETAILS

WEB VERSION

For efficient management and report processing, a web application intended for company employees has been enabled. The web application enables detailed insight, control, and exchange of reports between competent services and departments within companies so that relevant applications reach the appropriate addresses for further processing and resolution.

There are multiple roles in the web app such as Operators (level 1 and 2), Internal control, and Administrator, where each role can see only the most relevant content without being lost in lots of redundant info. Operators act inside the app so end-users are notified immediately about the action.

MOBILE VERSION

The mobile version is intended for end users. Via the mobile application, users create and send various reports to companies, competent institutions, and bodies, and monitor the status of their resolution. Supported operating systems are both iOS and Android.

The application is completely user-friendly and very easy to use. For the credibility of reports and compliance with legal frameworks, the content is created exclusively through the application. Users will not hesitate how to use it. The mobile version is an extension of the web version and only if both versions are used adequately will the blitzz function efficiently and correctly.

For the credibility of the submitted content and compliance with the legal framework, the creation of photos and videos is possible only through the application.
How do I know that my report has been considered?
The application allows you to monitor the status of the report with the automatic status changes when the report is in the process of processing, completed, or rejected. Check the report status to be up to date.
Why up to 3 photos or videos up to 1 min long?
Nowadays photos and videos consume lots of storage. Assuming users will use mobile data while creating a report we limited the number of multimedia pieces of evidence that are to be attached in one report.
